Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

The Manager leads security teams delivering complex Governance, Risk and Compliance projects, providing direction, mentoring and quality control. They engage with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery and closure.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify and manage security risks.
• Lead teams delivering security work packages in GRC and cross‑practice engagements.
• Prepare and present high‑quality reports with recommendations and solutions.
• Mentor and build high‑performing delivery teams.
• Develop customer relationships and support sales, solutions and marketing activities.
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and facilitate cross‑business communication.

Required profile

• NV1 security clearance or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience across diverse ICT projects and security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Diploma level or higher qualification in ICT or related field.
• Resilient, detail‑oriented and proactive work style.

Required skills

• Experience with NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight and PSPF frameworks.
• Security certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP or ISO LA/LI.
