Manager - Financial Control

About the role

The Manager – Financial Control will oversee financial governance and control for legal entities within the Commodities and Global Markets division. You will partner with business and advisory teams to ensure accurate accounting for new transactions, monitor entity performance, and support key reporting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial control and governance for legal entities in Commodities and Global Markets.
• Collaborate with business and advisory teams on accounting for new transactions.
• Review and analyse entity performance metrics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.
• Support reporting teams and contribute to strategic projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial services, or professional services.
• Degree in commerce or accounting with a professional accounting qualification.
• Strong attention to detail with a risk‑and‑control mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities, able to simplify complex information.
• Proven ability to build relationships, manage priorities and deliver accurate results on time.
