Manager – Comprehensive Assurance

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Manager to join its Risk and Compliance team, delivering comprehensive assurance across the business. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Melbourne or Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Line 2 monitoring and oversight assurance program aligned with strategic objectives and material risks.
• Deliver comprehensive assurance activities, including defining scope, methodology and timing, and produce risk and compliance reports for senior management and board forums.
• Identify process inefficiencies across Business and Risk & Compliance functions and recommend practical improvements.
• Support the development of frameworks, tools and systems that help the organisation manage and forecast risks effectively.

Required profile

• Experience in a risk, compliance or audit role within financial or professional services.
• Knowledge of regulated financial services and ability to interpret relevant legislative requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
