Management Consultant – Transformation & Change

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious consultant to join our boutique management consultancy, helping leading Australian enterprises navigate complex change. You will work closely with senior leadership on major transformation programmes, delivering tangible impact across a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes
• Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working
• Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings
• Produce analysis, presentations and high‑quality deliverables
• Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery
• Support internal initiatives and new business proposals
• Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, transformation or change management
• Big‑4 background highly desired but not mandatory
• Experience in change management, operating model design or transformation
• Strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Structured problem‑solver with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast‑moving environments
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes
• Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field
