Management Accountant – Up to $110K + Super + Salary Packaging

About the role

Randstad is partnering with a large, established not‑for‑profit organisation on Brisbane’s north side to recruit a Management Accountant with a strong focus on management accounting. You will work across diverse service portfolios, supporting operational leaders with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial insights.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modelling.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to enable informed financial decisions.
• Monitor program funding, revenue recognition and expenditure.
• Support month‑end processes, reconciliations and financial accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Previous experience within the not‑for‑profit sector, ideally with exposure to government‑funded programs.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA studies advantageous.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills.
• Confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools.

What we offer

• Base salary up to $110,000 plus superannuation.
• Access to $18,550 in tax‑effective salary packaging (up to $15,900 for everyday living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment).
• Potential tax savings of approximately $6,000 per year at the maximum salary.
