Management Accountant

About the role

A leading organisation experiencing continued growth is hiring a full-time permanent Management Accountant. Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts to support business performance and strategic decisions
• Analyse financial results and comment on variances, trends and key business drivers
• Partner with operational stakeholders to deliver financial insights and improve commercial outcomes
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Monitor performance through KPI reporting, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews
• Identify ways to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

Required profile

• CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
• 3-6 years' experience in management accounting, commercial finance or business partnering
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and non-finance teams
• Ability to turn financial data into meaningful commercial insights
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (must have)
