Management Accountant

About the role

The Management Accountant will maintain the department’s general ledger, perform detailed financial analysis, and support our SAP transformation program. You will work with finance and business stakeholders across multiple segments, providing forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, record, and report accounting transactions promptly.
• Prepare general ledger entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and consolidated financial reports.
• Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and Sarbanes‑Oxley audit groups.
• Review and develop internal controls and recommend best‑practice accounting procedures.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, month‑end reporting, variance analysis, and performance management for assigned business areas.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field; CPA, CA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in management accounting, commercial finance or finance business partnering within a large or complex organization.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in operational environments such as service, distribution, logistics, retail, supply chain or manufacturing is valued.
