Management Accountant

About the role

As a Management Accountant at SEAM Spatial you will partner with operational leaders, division managers and project teams to turn financial data into actionable insight. You will own monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and help drive smarter reporting and automation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, executive reports and analyse performance against budget and forecast.
• Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts, build financial models and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project profitability, work‑in‑progress, utilisation and margins, providing financial insights to project managers.
• Improve and automate finance reporting, dashboards and streamline finance processes to get more value from ERP systems.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion) with 5+ years of management accounting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across the business.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, surveying, engineering, mining or construction is highly regarded.
