Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a practical, hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to join a well‑established Perth‑owned home builder. You will work on‑site, assess and resolve maintenance issues, and ensure each single‑storey home is delivered to a high standard while providing excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Attend homes to assess and resolve maintenance issues.
• Manage and respond to client requests with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Coordinate trades to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Carry out minor maintenance or touch‑up tasks as required.
• Ensure a smooth, positive post‑handover experience for homeowners.

Required profile

• Solid experience in residential maintenance, construction or a related trade.
• Trade qualification (carpentry highly regarded).
• Strong knowledge of residential building standards and site safety.
• Practical, problem‑solving mindset with great attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with tradespeople and homeowners.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage own schedule.
• White Card and a full WA driver’s licence.
