About the role
Dawsons Group of Companies is looking for a trade-qualified Maintenance Plumber for a permanent role based in Townsville, North Queensland. The position involves maintaining camp infrastructure for both commercial and residential camps, with a roster that gives six full days at home every fortnight.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance, testing and inspections across commercial and residential camp infrastructure.
- Respond quickly to reactive plumbing breakdowns, blocked drains, leak detections and hot water system issues.
- Maintain camp water treatment plants and pumping systems where qualified and trained.
- Ensure strict adherence to site health, safety and environmental protocols.
- Keep accurate logs of work orders.
Required profile
- Trade qualification as a plumber.
- Ability to maintain water treatment plants and pumping systems where qualified and trained.
