Maintenance Officer

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Maintenance Officer in Bankstown to help keep its aged-care home well presented and cared for. You will work alongside a team of dedicated and caring people who enrich and celebrate the lives of residents every day.

Key responsibilities

• Use a can-do, collaborative approach to ensure the home is presented to the highest standard.
• Carry out a variety of tasks, both inside and outside the home.
• Support residents with their maintenance needs while getting to know them.
• Coordinate the maintenance program and keep excellent records.

Required profile

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate the maintenance program.
• Excellent record keeping.
• General handy skills, which are highly valued in this role.
