Maintenance Fitter – Regional QLD (Super, Housing & Relocation)

About the role

AustCorp Executive is partnering with a well‑established FMCG food production facility in Millmerran, Queensland. The plant operates a modern egg grading and packing line 7 days a week, 365 days a year and is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join the team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment within a rotating shift roster.
• Respond to call‑outs outside normal hours and support early‑team start‑up activities.
• Ensure safety‑conscious, reliable operation of plant machinery.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified Maintenance Fitter (preferred) or strong hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Experience in an FMCG, food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work within a 4‑on, 2‑off rotating roster and reside within ~30 km of the factory.

Required skills

• Mechanical fault‑finding.
• Electrical fault‑finding.

• Salary $85,000–$90,000 per annum plus super.
