Luxury Client Advisor - Fine Jewellery & Timepieces

About the role

A globally celebrated luxury house of handcrafted fine jewellery and timepieces is represented in its flagship boutique on Melbourne's Collins Street. The recruiter is looking for a Client Advisor to curate a bespoke client journey, offering refined guidance and nuanced expertise across the brand's most coveted jewellery and watches. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on gemstones, precious metals, haute joaillerie techniques and the artistry behind each piece
• Guide clients through considered, confident purchasing decisions
• Maintain discretion and the secure handling of high-value creations
• Deliver an elevated, seamless and emotionally resonant client experience
• Support sales objectives while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Use POS and CRM platforms to strengthen clienteling and build long-term loyalty

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of fine jewellery, including gemstones, craftsmanship and contemporary design
• Proven background in luxury retail with high-touch service
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex sales journeys
• Strong emotional intelligence, polished communication and a consultative sales approach
