LR Driver – Small Truck, Casual

About the role

A casual driver is sought to operate a small truck around metropolitan Sydney. This is a driving-only position with no manual handling, lifting or loading/unloading; the driver follows allocated routes and schedules. Pay is AUD 33-40 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a small truck through allocated areas of Sydney
• Follow designated routes and daily instructions
• Safely position and park the vehicle at allocated locations
• Navigate metropolitan roads and varying traffic conditions
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition
• Comply with road rules and workplace safety requirements

Required profile

• Current NSW Class C (car) driver's licence (essential)
• Previous experience driving small trucks or commercial vehicles
• LR licence highly regarded but not essential
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Able to work independently and follow instructions

Required skills

• Confident driving in busy metropolitan areas
• Good parking skills and awareness of vehicle dimensions
• Good communication skills

What we offer
