Logistics & Warehousing Team Member

About the role

Based at the HMAS Stirling base in Australia, you will support the Explosive Ordnance Services team by handling, storing and dispatching critical supplies. The role combines hands‑on warehousing tasks with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Mark and place stores in stock and package items for dispatch.
• Participate in the movement of stores by road and within the depot.
• Monitor shelf life of stores and assist with audits and inspections.
• Operate information systems to input and retrieve stores data.
• Maintain awareness of health and safety goals and act to achieve them.

Required profile

• Valid full driver’s licence.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail with good numeric, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a warehousing or defence environment is an advantage.
