Logistics Executive

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Logistics Executive to join its Supply Chain & Operations team for Australia & New Zealand. The role sits at the intersection of operational rigour and client experience, overseeing end‑to‑end logistics for 16 stores and ensuring products are delivered with the precision the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, monitor lead‑times and evaluate service‑partner performance across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate with regional warehouses, freight forwarders and customs brokers to guarantee timely and compliant deliveries.
• Verify import and export entries for accuracy of HS codes, duty rates, GST, INCOTERMS and related documentation.
• Ensure CITES compliance and perform customs reconciliation in line with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
• Partner with store teams to optimise daily stock deliveries, product rebalancing and end‑of‑season retrieval.
• Support logistics for new product launches and exclusive Maison events.
• Assist stock‑take operations and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities across the supply‑chain function.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Strong understanding of Australian customs regulations and import/export compliance.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
