About the role
An urgent locum pharmacist is needed in the Mackay region, about 803 km north of Brisbane on the Pioneer River. The shift runs from Friday 6th to Monday 9th November, with weekday hours of 8am-6pm and weekend hours of 8.30am-3pm. You will work as the sole pharmacist with an intern except on Sundays, and with a dispensing technician only on weekdays.
Key responsibilities
- Cannabis dispensing
- No OTP dispensing
- Webster roll packs and blisters
- Vaccinations are not essential
Required profile
- Proficiency in the Fred dispensing system is essential
- A white pharmacist coat is required
What we offer
- Pay of $70 per hour on weekdays, $75 on Saturdays and $80 on Sundays plus superannuation
- Payment made via ABN
- Travel (return drive or flights) and accommodation covered
