Locum Dentist – Rockhampton

About the role

1300SMILES Dentists Rockhampton, a practice in Rockhampton, Queensland offering general dentistry, preventative care, restorative treatments, cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening and emergency dental treatment, is seeking a locum dentist for a placement from 26 October to 20 November, working Monday to Friday. The placement lets you practise in a regional Queensland city while supporting the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry to an existing patient base.
• Treatments may include examinations and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, emergency dental care, preventive dentistry and other general dental procedures suited to your experience.
• Work alongside multiple dentists in a collaborative practice environment.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in general dentistry preferred.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
