About the role
Aussie Locums is offering a locum CT and general radiographer contract in Darwin, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of December. The role is split roughly 50/50 between CT and general radiography within a busy hospital imaging team, with the option to work across two sites or stay at one site if preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Perform approximately 50% CT and 50% general radiography
- Operate Toshiba and Philips CT equipment
- Use Synapse RIS and digital reporting, with paper imaging requests
- Work a 24/7 roster with a variety of shift types
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration and the relevant radiation use licence
- Recent CT and general radiography experience
- Availability for a minimum six-week contract and willingness to take part in the roster, including some weekend work
- Cannulation competency is not required
