About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Lifestyle Assistant to deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that give residents their best day, every day. The role also involves giving personal care and emotional support so residents feel valued, safe and connected socially within the home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a varied range of activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and for enriching the lives of older Australians
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Passion for building genuine relationships
