Licensed Electrician / Tradesman

About the role

Phase Electrical Contracting is seeking a qualified Licensed Electrician / Tradesman to join its growing team in Sydney. You will work on a variety of high‑spec commercial, hospitality, residential and maintenance projects across NSW and interstate.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, testing and commissioning for commercial fit‑outs, hospitality venues and high‑end residential homes.
• Perform maintenance, service and repair work on lighting, power, data, automation and security systems.
• Install and configure AV, CCTV and integrated building systems.
• Collaborate with builders, designers and project managers to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Adhere to safety regulations, complete required documentation and maintain a clean worksite.

Required profile

• Current NSW Electrical Licence.
• Valid driver’s licence and White Card.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Electrical licensing (NSW).
• Automation and data cabling.
• AV and CCTV system installation.
• EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid certifications.
