About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The role involves providing expert legal analysis, contract management, and regulatory guidance while collaborating with product and domain experts in a fast‑moving, application‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to optimise business outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and perform due‑diligence for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts, rubrics, and conversational flows for legal‑focused AI applications.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and enhance legal tools and applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience across diverse legal domains.
• Demonstrated ability in case analysis, risk assessment, and due‑diligence.
• Hands‑on experience supporting litigation and dispute resolution.
