Lecturer Nursing (Temporary Full-Time)

About the role

Central Regional TAFE is offering a temporary full-time appointment as Lecturer Nursing until 17 December 2027, with the possibility of permanency in the future. You will deliver high-quality training in a dynamic learning environment, helping students develop practical and theoretical skills while building problem-solving, critical thinking and technical capability. The primary role is to teach, facilitate learning, assess and mentor students in line with curriculum and training package requirements, and to carry out professional and delivery-related activities.

Required profile

• A relevant Australian qualification in Nursing, or a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent); overseas qualifications can be assessed through the Overseas Qualifications Unit.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110), or a secondary teaching qualification with an Assessor Skill Set; applicants without it may apply but must complete it within two years.
• Current and valid Australian working rights; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Satisfactory criminal clearance (less than 6 months old) and a current Working with Children Check.
