Leasing & Site Acquisition Manager (ANZ)

About the role

Laundré builds premium laundromats designed for positive cashflow with minimal involvement, and demand for sites has outpaced its ability to secure them. It is looking for a Leasing & Site Acquisition Manager to find, negotiate and secure retail leases with shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand, acting as the link between landlords, leasing agents and the investor pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with landlords, centre managers and leasing agents nationally
• Identify sites that meet Laundré's criteria
• Negotiate heads of agreement and lease terms: rent, incentives, fitout contributions, term, options and make-good
• Manage each deal from first conversation to signed lease
• Maintain a pipeline that keeps pace with investor demand
• Work across the business where needed: site openings, investor conversations, operations and systems

Required profile

• Proven experience negotiating retail leases in shopping centres
• Working knowledge of retail leasing legislation across all states
• An existing network of landlords and leasing agents
• Daily use of AI tools to do more with less
• Ability to run multiple deals at once without supervision
• NZ leasing experience is a strong advantage
