As Learning & Organisational Development Specialist, you will shape practical, engaging solutions that help people grow and the business thrive, working across the contact centre and the wider business. You will turn business priorities and employee needs into simple, practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape performance, development and capability frameworks that help people grow and build their careers
• Bring the employee voice into focus through engagement surveys and other listening initiatives, partnering with leaders to turn insights into action
• Drive capability development across the contact centre and wider business, covering leadership, professional, digital, AI and technical capabilities
• Support community, diversity and inclusion initiatives and build relationships with community partners and employee networks
• Evolving the onboarding experience into a simple, engaging and consistent journey from pre-boarding across brands, teams and locations

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development or a related field
• Experience developing tools and products across engagement measurement, capability and career development, succession, performance management and other parts of the employee experience
• Strong understanding of leadership capability development, including designing leadership programs directly or through third-party vendors
• Skilled at building credibility and influencing senior leaders
• Australian working rights only; sponsorship is not available
