Learning & Development Advisor

About the role

Monadelphous is looking for an organised, proactive Learning & Development Advisor to design, deliver and manage internal learning programs that build capability across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, create engaging solutions and champion a culture of continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate professional development programs across classroom, virtual and blended formats, supporting learners and managers in applying new skills.
• Design, develop and maintain learning materials such as workbooks, facilitator guides and presentations using Microsoft 365.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyse training needs, evaluate courses and recommend targeted solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end course administration including scheduling, enrolments, logistics, attendance, certification and cost allocation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to promote learning opportunities and guide professional development.
• Track learning metrics and completion rates to generate insights and continuously optimise programs.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
• Experience facilitating learning programs and workshops.
• Background in learning and development, training or organisational capability roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Hands‑on experience administering learning systems and training records.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training needs analysis.
