Learning and Development Coordinator

About the role

St John of God Accord is seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Development Coordinator to support workforce development across its services in Greensborough. The role combines clinical expertise with learning and development to enhance caregiver capability and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support caregivers, graduates and team members to build capability and achieve organisational objectives.
• Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs, clinical education, competency assessments and workplace coaching.
• Identify learning needs, develop and evaluate effective learning solutions in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage learning records, compliance reporting, orientation programmes and onboarding pathways.
• Coordinate NDIS High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) training and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated experience in learning and development, clinical education and competency assessment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, NDIS Practice Standards and healthcare governance.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
