Lead Enterprise Architect

About the role

ResMed’s Global Technology Solutions division is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to define the future-state enterprise architecture and guide major transformation programs across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide target-state architectures and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide large‑scale business and technology transformation initiatives, managing dependencies, risks and opportunities.
• Define reference architectures, enterprise principles, standards and technology guardrails.
• Lead architecture governance forums, review boards and councils.
• Mentor and develop architects, advancing the maturity of the architecture practice.

Required profile

• Significant enterprise architecture experience in complex, large‑scale organisations.
• Proven track record of defining target‑state architectures for major transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of business, information, application, integration and technology architecture domains.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing capabilities.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture methodology and governance.
• Understanding of ERP ecosystems and integration strategies.
• Experience with modern technology landscapes and platform design.
