Lead DevOps Engineer – Harness Platform Specialist

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive modern DevOps transformations using the Harness Software Delivery Platform. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security, compliance, and cost efficiency across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines on the Harness platform.
• Architect end‑to‑end delivery workflows across Harness modules (CI, CD, STO, Chaos Engineering, CCM, AI Agents).
• Install, upgrade, and customise Harness Delegates in cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to migrate from legacy toolchains and enforce DevSecOps governance.
• Provide technical enablement and mentorship to engineering teams.

Required profile

• Seasoned specialist with deep expertise in the Harness platform and its modules.
• Hands‑on experience designing scalable CI/CD architectures and migrating legacy pipelines.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end CI/CD solutions in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and OPA‑based policy enforcement.
• Experience with AI‑driven pipeline automation and cloud cost management.
