About the role
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to manage and deliver complex projects within the AI & ML department. The role involves overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close assigned projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and resource requirements.
- Manage resource allocation, schedule timelines and track deliverables.
- Monitor progress, report to stakeholders and manage budget adherence.
- Identify, analyze and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide pre‑sales support with draft plans and negotiate scope with prospects.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability to handle multiple tasks under tight constraints.
- Experience in health and community services is desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office application suite.
- Experience using MS Project for planning and tracking.
