Lead Data Analyst - Teradata to AWS Migration

About the role

Zone IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to bridge business and data teams. The role supports data validation and reconciliation during the migration from Teradata and key business applications such as Siebel CRM to the modern AWS Data Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Analyse source and target datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data reconciliation between Teradata, systems such as Siebel and AWS Data platforms, including the Redshift Data Warehouse.
• Identify and support the resolution of data quality issues.
• Validate business rules, KPIs and metrics.
• Support UAT and business sign-off.
• Document data challenges, resolutions and reconciliation outcomes.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong experience in data migration and data reconciliation.
• Ability to engage and manage business stakeholders.
• Telecommunications domain experience preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with Teradata datasets and Siebel CRM data.
• Complex data analysis in the AWS Data Platform ecosystem.
