Lead Consultant – Technical Product Engineer (Sydney)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant to act as a Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong Platform Operations focus for the My Optus App portfolio in Sydney. The role will drive end‑to‑end delivery of high‑visibility customer journeys such as Service Tab, NBN Assist and Fixed flows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and translate complex business needs into prioritized work items.
• Deliver features from design through to stable, production‑ready release.
• Manage release governance, environment stability, defect handling and production readiness.
• Collaborate across product ownership, business analysis and platform operations disciplines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with platform operations exposure.
• Experience delivering digital products in a telecom or related environment.
• Preferably background in the superannuation industry.
