Law Graduate – Strata Team, Gold Coast

About the role

Chambers Russell Lawyers, a national mid-tier law firm, is looking for a Law Graduate to join its Queensland team in the Gold Coast office in Robina. Its strata team has grown substantially, and the graduate will work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of strata matters.

You will develop your skills across litigation, dispute resolution and advisory work, and be supported to gradually take on more responsibility and manage your own matters as your experience grows.

Required profile

• Completed, or nearly completed, a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification.
• Working towards admission as a lawyer in Queensland.
• Previous experience in a legal environment as a paralegal, law clerk or legal assistant.
• A sound understanding of the litigation process and a genuine interest in dispute resolution and strata law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and the ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach, strong initiative, willingness to learn and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
