LANSA Developer – 6‑month contract in Sydney

About the role

We are seeking an experienced LANSA Developer to join our team in Sydney for a six‑month fixed‑term project. The role focuses on developing and maintaining financial services applications, particularly within the superannuation domain.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and maintain applications using LANSA RDML and Visual LANSA (VL) IDE.
• Work with IBMi architecture, Control Language and DB2 structures to ensure robust data handling.
• Integrate solutions using LANSA Integrator and LANSA Composer.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate superannuation product requirements and Australian legislation into technical specifications.
• Provide support for existing applications, handling incidents and problems in line with ITIL processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior development role.
• Strong background in financial services IT solutions, especially superannuation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent experience.
