About the role
WorkPac is recruiting a casual Labourer/Sprayer Operator based in the Darwin area. The client runs a major regional office and operations centre in Darwin, Northern Territory, delivering integrated services across transport, road services and infrastructure. The position is paid at a flat rate of $51.88 per hour, Monday to Saturday, with shifts of up to 12 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Complete 70% labouring and 30% truck driving.
- Work away from home when required; a daily allowance applies.
Required profile
- HR driver's licence required; HC driver's licence preferred.
- Construction induction white card.
- Proven asphalt experience is an advantage.
- Roller ticket preferred.
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
What we offer
- $51.88 per hour flat rate.
- Daily allowance for working away ($70 per day).
- Consistent hours.
