About the role
PwC is seeking a senior Knowledge Worker to join its Experience Consulting team in Sydney. You will help clients design and deliver memorable customer and employee experiences that drive loyalty and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client needs and develop experience strategies.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions that integrate business, experience and technology.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and facilitate successful project delivery.
- Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations.
