Kitchen Team Member (Part-Time)

About the role

Fonda Mexican, which opened in 2011 and has three locations across Victoria, is looking for a part-time kitchen team member for its Victoria location. The kitchen team member delivers kitchen operations during their shift, working with the back-of-house team to meet service targets and uphold food quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes that meet taste and presentation standards
• Lead by example at all back-of-house stations and follow Fonda's processes and procedures
• Rotate stock according to Food Safety Standards
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• Drive the restaurant's sales, guest experience and labour goals and lead shifts
• Inspire the team to deliver an excellent dining experience

• Approachable, humble and ethical, with a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Passionate about leading others and about delivering exceptional food
