Kitchen Manufacturing Worker - Assembler

About the role

A busy kitchen manufacturing team in Somerton is looking for reliable and motivated workers for assembly, vinyl and pressing stations. Candidates are offered stable ongoing work and the chance to develop their skills in manufacturing. Cabinet making experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Kitchen cabinet assembly
• Operations at the vinyl station and pressing station
• Measuring, assembling and preparing kitchen components
• Using hand tools and equipment safely
• Following production instructions and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Required profile

• Previous experience in kitchen manufacturing, cabinet making, joinery or furniture production is highly regarded
• Experience in assembly, vinyl or pressing stations is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and safety focus
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

What we offer

• Pay of $33.05 to $40.00 per hour
• Overtime available on Saturdays when required
• Potential to move into a permanent position after 6 months for the right person
