About the role
Join the resort bistro team at Treasure Island Resort, supporting the kitchen crew to deliver high‑quality meals. You will focus on non‑cooking duties, ensuring a clean and efficient food preparation environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen and scullery, including washing utensils and equipment.
- Assist chefs by assembling and preparing ingredients as needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a busy team.
- Genuine interest in commercial kitchen operations and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
