Key Accounts Manager – Southern NSW

About the role

AGnVET, a leading independent agribusiness in Australia, is looking for a commercially‑driven Key Accounts Manager to cover Southern NSW. You will build strategic relationships with existing and new customers, drive sales growth, and act as the primary commercial contact for key accounts across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored account‑management, retention and growth plans to meet sales, profit, market‑share and product‑performance targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships through cross‑selling of insurance, irrigation and animal‑health solutions.
• Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve financial metrics.
• Provide accurate forecasts, quotations, order confirmations and supply‑logistics updates to customers.
• Champion safety and compliance requirements throughout the territory.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and implement account‑management and business‑growth plans.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation, influencing and problem‑resolution skills.
• Results‑driven, motivated and adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
