Key Account Manager – Water Infrastructure

About the role

Xylem is seeking a Key Account Manager for the WI Transport segment to build trusted customer partnerships and drive sustainable water infrastructure solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, industry bodies and government stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver regional sales plans that support sustainable growth and positive customer outcomes.
• Identify and support tender opportunities, infrastructure projects and emerging customer needs.
• Provide trusted advice and tailored solutions using Xylem's Water Infrastructure products and services.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, business development, sales or related fields, preferably within water, infrastructure, engineering or utilities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and manage pipelines.
• Interest in market trends, customer insights and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
