About the role
Amazon Australia is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to help existing Selling Partners grow on the platform. You will work closely with product, tech and cross‑functional teams to ensure partners succeed through the right product selection, delivery options, digital marketing and promotions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic Selling Partners.
- Guide partners through product selection, delivery programs, digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Collect and act on partner feedback to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems and tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional leaders to drive partner success.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Proven commercial acumen and business insight.
- Excellent project‑management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with key partners and internal teams.
