Key Account Manager – Multi Channel & New Business

About the role

Energizer Holdings is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio that includes Costco, distributors, and the autocare channel, while dedicating roughly 30% of time to new‑business development. The role blends strategic account management with growth‑focused prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve budgeted sales, gross margin and KPI targets for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute customer strategies, supporting Joint Business Planning and capability building.
• Identify and act on opportunities across distribution, pricing and product range.
• Allocate ~30% of effort to prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion of new customers.
• Manage forecasting, align with demand planning and mitigate supply risks.
• Plan, execute and evaluate promotional activities to optimise performance.
• Build strong relationships across a broad customer base and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Analyse EPOS, Quantium and IRI data to drive commercial decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal functions to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 + years of commercial experience in FMCG or a similar sector.
• Proven account‑management experience with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
