Key Account Manager

About the role

Join a 2026 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Gold Winner and a Sustainability Champion. Based at our Hemmant site, you will manage large existing accounts, win new business and expand our customer base while supporting the ARC business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors and key decision‑makers.
• Identify and track project opportunities from early planning through to tender and award.
• Manage a long‑term sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
• Drive new business development while growing existing customer relationships across the region.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and support sales targets.

• Excellent business development skills.
• Passion for customer service and building rapport with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence working autonomously and within a team.
• Well‑versed in stakeholder management.
