Key Account Manager

About the role

CSR is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts from its Scoresby headquarters. The role combines commercial accountability, relationship management and data‑driven decision‑making to maximise long‑term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain, grow and diversify key accounts, meeting revenue, margin and growth targets while managing commercial risk.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, lead complex negotiations and ensure successful delivery of products, solutions and contractual outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, pricing and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions and improve the customer experience.
• Use market data and insights to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, flag risks and support commercially sound decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic or key accounts in a competitive market.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention.
• Highly analytical and data‑driven, able to translate customer and market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior customer and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused approach with experience working across multiple business functions.
