Key Account Manager – Interior Landscaping

About the role

Ambius is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow its portfolio of interior landscaping clients in Sydney. The role combines strategic account management with oversight of large‑scale plant installations, ensuring projects are delivered from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of key accounts, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
• Oversee large‑scale interior landscaping projects, coordinating with design, operations and external partners.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to increase sales.
• Prepare customer‑focused proposals including product, service and cost options.
• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven B2B account management experience, preferably in a service‑based industry.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and communication skills.

Required skills

• CRM systems experience.
• Computer proficiency.
