Key Account Manager – Distributors

About the role

Snackbrands Australia is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager – Distributors to accelerate growth across our distributor partners on the Eastern seaboard. You will develop strategic customer plans, strengthen route‑to‑market performance, and improve distribution, availability and execution to deliver profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic customer plans for key distributor partners.
• Drive distribution, stock availability and route‑to‑market performance.
• Build and execute trading plans, promotional programmes and customer investment strategies.
• Manage forecasting, trade spend and commercial performance to achieve profitable growth.
• Build strong relationships with distributor owners, buyers, branch managers and sales teams.
• Analyse sales and distribution data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Partner with Field Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven FMCG Key Account Management experience, ideally within distributors and/or wholesale.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer plans, trade investment and promotional activity.
• Solid understanding of distributor networks and route‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• A proactive, organised approach with a passion for driving customer growth.
