Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer

About the role

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a Graphic Designer in South Bank, Queensland, who can turn bold ideas into campaigns that inspire and deliver results. You will create visual communications for marketing initiatives across digital, print and video channels, working closely with the Creative Director and the wider marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic design solutions for marketing and communications work across print, digital and video channels
• Maintain brand and creative standards across all deliverables
• Deliver online advertising creative, including static, video and animated assets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver global collateral to brief and on schedule
• Prepare finished artwork and manage pre-press processes
• Create social media, email marketing and digital campaign content
• Assist with web assets, landing pages and multi-channel campaign rollouts
• Support image research, asset management, illustration, proofing and campaign execution
• Design publications, direct mail, print advertising, signage, flyers and large-format materials

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) or a related design qualification
• Experience managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Publication design, layout, typesetting and pre-press knowledge
