Junior Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Coordinator to join Milkbar Digital’s team in Prahran. This full‑time position offers a first step into social media marketing, working across FMCG, retail and e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok platforms.
• Create and deliver social media content schedules, including graphics, stories and copy.
• Assist with social media boosting by executing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Support content shoots, handling tasks from sourcing props to assisting on set.
• Contribute creative ideas and strategies for branded marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic learner with a passion for digital and social media marketing.
• Ability to work quickly, juggle multiple tasks and thrive in an agency environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Team player who brings positive energy to the workplace.

Required skills

• Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience using TikTok Ads Manager.
