Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator

About the role

As a Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator you will work closely with the marketing team to keep SHE‑com’s online presence vibrant and engaging. You will schedule and publish posts, write on‑brand copy, and help build a supportive community for female entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Write authentic, on‑brand captions that reflect SHE‑com’s mission.
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor platforms for engagement opportunities and flag comments or inquiries.
• Create and manage content for the SHE‑com Facebook group to foster community interaction.
• Support the team in responding to comments, tracking community interactions and identifying recurring themes.
• Gather basic analytics data on post performance and audience engagement.
• Maintain an organised library of content assets and update project‑management tools.
• Help coordinate partnership content schedules and ensure timely approvals.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about social media and community building.
• Strong written communication skills with an authentic voice.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple posting schedules.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools.
• Basic analytics reporting (e.g., platform insights).
• Use of project‑management tools for campaign tracking.
